A fun finding for the Holiday Season

So, since this is my story, I guess that sometimes my current life is going to intercede and I will share things that I have found interesting today.

A really cool link for the holidays that will help me stay organized and not stress out.  Now, that is exciting stuff.  Granted, I am already 6 weeks behind, but I figure that I will start at week 1 and slowly work thru it and hopefully it will still help my holiday season stay focused on what it should be focused on.  In my opinion, that is God first and then my family.  During this busy time it is sometimes hard to keep our focus and we are easily pulled into the hustle and bustle and the 'I've got to impress this person' or 'my gift has to be acceptable', I do not want to fall into that.

So, here's the link I promised, http://sherigraham.com/countdown-christmas-week-1-list-week

Check out some of her other stuff while your there, I really enjoy all the things that I have found on her site.  I have to let you know, that I have not purchased the book, I am just doing the checklist that is posted online for free.

I've already made my list of gift recipients, one thing a day and I think it should be manageable to catch up and not stress out.  Also on my own list this week is to pre-order our Thanksgiving ham from the local butcher.  I think if I complete those two in one day then I am doing pretty good.

I actually ended up with a somewhat quiet day today.  My husband is off, so him and my 9 year old are working on rebuilding his motorcycle.  Which means that I only had the little one, we played some music, danced around, had some lunch, and will be going out into the great outdoors for the remainder of our day.  Not a bad day, Thank you God for all your blessings.
